Sisterlock love!

I am lovingggggggggg my Sisterlocks! The get up and truely fluff and go and the beauty of looking good all the time. :>)
I am so happy I made this decision! This journey is one I look forward to and feel happy about. I wish all woman the confidence and freedom that comes with making the decision to go natural. We must learn to love and accept  ourselves before we can truely accept another. With God's help and direction this is something that we can accomplish. Life truely is a journey and not a destination. Embark with faith, pleasure and pride! Peace and Blessings to all.

Loving my Family

The gift of family means so much. I love my family so very much. Sometimes we have differences of opinions but it can't change the fact that the love is strong! Love your family. Family is God's gift to us all. If you want to know how to truely love, hold on to and love your family.

Peace and Blessings to all.

Choosing a Sisterlock Consultant

Sisterlock Consultant

I just want to tell you how important it is to research and interview your consultant. I must stress the importance of this, not only is it a big investment but you want it right the first time. I have heard countless stories of ladies who have not only made the investment but then were disappointed with the service. Do your research and also have a conversation with the consultant. It makes a difference. I love my consultant, Mrs. Tressie Samuel. She is very professional and caring as a consultant. Thanks Tressie.

10 Days Sisterlocked

Well today is the 10th day of being Sisterlocked and I'm lovin it! (sorry Micky D's) I love the freedom, the look and also the ease of truly carefree hair. I just have to run my hands thru my hair to fluff it up and I'm ready to go. I am enjoying the transformation of my hair filling out and looking thicker. I shampooed it for the first since my install and I must say I was nervous cause I didn't want to mess anything up! So far so good. Boy, was my scalp itching like crazy! I have not had an issue with itching up until getting my Sisterlocks. I did do an apple cider vinegar rinse and it helped. I feel so free! Looking forward to my continued journey! Peace and Blessings!

Installation of Sisterlocks

Well the time had finally arrived and I am so happy. Patience is definately part of the process. I must say I got a little delirious during installation and started questioning a lot of stuff. Do I really want these tiny locks, is it worth the money, is it worth the drive, is it worth my butt going numb in the chair,( which by the way was a really nice and the most comfortable chair I'd seen), is my head gonna look huge, am I gonna look bald, will this ever be over and so on and so forth. Of course the answer to most of these questions were yes when all was said and done. Lol! Shout out to a very professional and caring consultant, Tressie Samuel, she was great. Thank you.
