Natural hair and the beach

I am so grateful I'm able to embrace me in my natural state! I can dive in the water and not have a thought about what to do with my hair. Sometimes, and no offense to those who wear chemicals, I wonder why people with curly type hair want to have un-natural straight hair that requires so much work to get it back to looking like something in the magazines. We as a people generally don't have wash and wear straight looking hair. Oh well, I'm loving the compliments and the ease of just being me and feeling free! We as a people have been told for so long and treated for so long as if something is wrong with how we be in our natural state. I say rubish! Love yourselves!!!! Have a blessed day!
